We don't add games just to fill a page. Each one is here because there's research suggesting it can take the edge off a stressful day — and every game links to what it's based on, so you can read it yourself.

When teenagers were asked what a mental-health game should feel like, most said they already play casual games to relax — and asked for simple play and a light touch on the message (Digital Health, 2020). That's what we aim for. A few minutes of play is a small break, not treatment — if things feel heavier than that, here's who you can talk to.
